Russ Alan Baker joined the law firm of Boyd‑Veigel, PC. in September 2004. He has been practicing criminal law in Collin County. He was born in Arlington, Texas on December 22, 1974.

Mr. Baker graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Biology in 1998.  He received his Juris Doctor at S.M.U. School of Law in 2004.  He was admitted to the Bar in November 2004.

He is a member of Collin County Criminal Defense Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas.

He has been an active member in the Boy Scouts of America and obtained the ranking of Eagle Scout.

Mr. Baker has a son, Alex Baker, who is 10 years old.

He is an avid hunter, fisherman, and reptile enthusiast.  He also enjoys fly-fishing and snow skiing, and watching his son play soccer.
