Michael R. Walenciak joined the firm of Boyd Veigel, P.C. in June 2004. Born in California on August 30, 1971, he and his family make their home in Allen, Texas. He is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Oklahoma.

Michael attended New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico, and graduated in 1994 from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a B.S. in Finance.  He received his Juris Doctor at The University of Oklahoma College of Law and his M.B.A. from the O.U. Price College of Business in May, 1998.  He was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1999 and the Texas Bar in 2001.  Michael's practice focuses on business, corporate and commercial law, as well as estate planning, although he also has experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation.

He is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, State Bar of Texas and Oklahoma Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District  of Texas and the Western District of Oklahoma.

Michael, and his wife Tina, are very active in the community and with their church.  He and his family also enjoy fishing and the outdoors.
