Joe A. Luce is a civil trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience in handling state and federal civil litigation. Joe completed high school in Sweetwater in 1978. Joe received his B.F.A. from the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana, IL, in three and a half years continuing his final semester at University of Texas in Austin, Texas, and received his law degree in two and a half years from Texas Tech University in 1985. In that same year he was admitted to practice in the State Bar of Texas. Joe is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas, before the Texas Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Joe specializes in the areas of wrongful death, personal injury, insurance, collections, construction and general civil litigation.
