Jerry A. Kagay received his undergraduate degree from University of North Texas and his juris doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University. He is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and the United States Tax Court. Jerry is a member of the Dallas Bar Association with membership in the following committees: Antitrust and Trade Regulation, Corporate Counsel, Probate, Trust, and Estates. He is also a member of the Texas State Bar with membership in the following committees: Antitrust and Business Litigation, Business Law, Computer Section, Corporate Counsel, Intellectual Property Law. Jerry is a member of the North Texas Estate Planning Council and the Dallas Estate Planning Council. He is an Accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate planners. Jerry is presently of counsel to the law firm of Boyd Veigel, P.C., McKinney, Texas. His practice is concentrated in corporate law, business acquisitions, business tax, personal estate planning.
